Pharmacy Technician - Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Location: Tukwila, WAPay: $24–$30/hr (DOE)Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pmDuration: Minimum 6 months (Maternity Leave Coverage)Start: As soon as possible

Job Overview

Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) supporting a respected specialty infusion pharmacy in Tukwila, WA. This is a desk-based pharmacy technician role focused on patient intake, onboarding, and coordination of home infusion services.

This assignment is ideal for a pharmacy technician who enjoys administrative work, patient interaction over the phone, and detail-oriented data entry.

Responsibilities

Work closely with infusion pharmacists and coordinators to onboard new patients
Initiate and maintain patient records in the pharmacy system
Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information with a high level of accuracy
Provide customer service and communicate with patients by phone
Support coordination of home medication deliveries
Maintain compliance and accuracy in all documentation

Requirements

Pharmacy Technician experience (retail, infusion, or specialty preferred)
Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional phone presence and customer service skills
Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday
