Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Location: Redlands, CA Schedule: Monday through Thursday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Pharmacy Technician for a highly physically demanding and safety sensitive role. This position operates under the direct supervision of a pharmacist and plays a critical role in preparing medications and supplies for shipment to patients. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse or production environment.

Important Requirements • CA Pharmacy Technician License is required. National certification alone will not be accepted. • Must be comfortable in a safety sensitive environment. • Must be willing to be cross trained as an Operations Assistant and Materials Coordinator and assist as needed.

Key Responsibilities • Select, pick, and package medications and supplies accurately for patient shipment • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Assist with inventory control processes and stock management • Operate departmental equipment and systems safely and efficiently • Support additional operational duties as assigned through cross training

Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours per shift • Ability to lift 5 to 10 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds unassisted when required • Frequent reaching, bending, and grasping at various levels • Comfortable using a keyboard and operating machinery

Work Environment • Work is performed around moving machinery such as conveyor belts • Moderate noise level environment • May be required to wear protective equipment
