As a Pharmacy Technician, you willassistthe pharmacist in various tasks including prescription preparation and customer interactions. Your contributions help ensure a seamless service experience for our customers, making a difference in their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:• Complete basic and advanced technician training modules to gain essential computer RX knowledge.• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with pharmacy services.• Answer phone calls and address inquiries thatdon’trequire pharmacistexpertise.• Receive new prescriptions and process refill requests from prescribers.• Gather and record necessary information to prepare prescriptions efficiently.•Assistpharmacists in preparing prescriptions by counting, pouring, and labeling medications.•Maintaina well-stocked pharmacy department by ordering andchecking-insupplies.• Prepare insurance claims and confirm payment processing.• Help patients locateover-the-counter(OTC) medications.• Complete housekeeping duties within the pharmacy environment.• Make deliveries to clients and manage payment transactions when needed.• Engage in staff development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED equivalent.• Required: Valid pharmacy technician license in good standing with theappropriate boardof pharmacy or applicationsubmitted.
