Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Technician!

Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) - Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: $20.05-$21.12/hr DOE
Location: Lewistown
What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician I, you'll support pharmacists and the pharmacy team to keep operations running smoothly while learning the ins and outs of prescription preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare outpatient prescriptions under pharmacist guidance while learning pharmacy workflow and standards
- Support medication inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and removing outdated medications
- Maintain accurate patient information using the electronic medical record
- Assist with pharmacy operations such as filing records, insurance reconciliation, and policy updates
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients, providers, and internal teams
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
What You Bring
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Provisional state pharmacy technician license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Ability to acquire full state tech certification within 2 years
BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience in community health
- Healthcare or related experience
