Job Description

Our Client, a Cancer Center company, is looking for a Pharmacy Technician II for their Upland, CA location.Responsibilities:
  • The technician will be responsible for the packaging, preparation, and sterile compounding of intravenous medications as well as injectable medications, including chemotherapy and other biohazardous drugs.
  • All duties must be performed in accordance with USP and standards, institutional protocols, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Requires a California-licensed Pharmacy Technician working under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
  • At least 6 months of performing related duties as a pharmacy technician
  • Licensed pharmacy technician license in good standing with California Board of Pharmacy
  • High School or equivalent or Post High School vocational/specialized training or Graduation from a foreign school of Pharmacy
