1st Shift - Pay: $18.23 /hour.Monday 8:00am-6:30pmTuesday - Friday 10am-7:30pmSaturday 12:00pm-8:30pm

Work well as part of a teamJob ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at McKesson. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed pharmacists in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. You will work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.1. Medication Dispensing:

Prepare and label prescription medications for dispensing.

Measure, count, and package medications according to prescription orders.

Replenish medication in automated cells to full capacity; opening large quantities of bottles and

cases of product.              • Ensure the proper labeling and instructions for patient use on medication containers.• Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area.

2. Inventory Management:• Conduct regular stock rotation to prevent expiration of medications.3. Compliance and Regulations:• Adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.• Assist in record-keeping and documentation of prescription and medication-related information.

Minimum Qualifications

● Indiana Pharmacy Technician License● High School Diploma or equivalent● Previous pharmacy experience● Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line.● Able to consistently carry 20 – 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor.● Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.● Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
