Job Title: Phlebotomist II Job Location: Lincoln, NE Job Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension/ Temp to Hire) Shift: Mon to Fri 8 AM - 5 PM Job Description: The Patient Services Representative serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions. The PSR is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures. This position involves direct patient interaction, where the PSR ensure a trusting and confident environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner. The PSR is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information. Required: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
