Photography Department

Primary Purpose and FunctionThe Photo Department position prepares tires for photography, captures clear and accurate images, uploads images into the company system, verifies tire quantities and identifying information, and places tires in the correct storage locations.Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Clean tires before photographs are taken.
• Take clear, accurate photographs of tires and upload the images into the system.
• Review uploaded photographs to confirm image clarity and accuracy.
• Compare the physical tire count with the quantity shown in the system and report discrepancies.
• Verify tire information and labels for accuracy.
• Place tires in the correct designated storage bins.
• Perform basic printer maintenance as needed.
• Maintain an orderly work area and follow all required safety procedures.

Skills & Physical Expectations

• Ability to use a camera or mobile imaging device and upload photographs into a computer system.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing photographs, tire counts, labels, and system information.
• Ability to follow storage procedures and place tires in the correct bins.
• Ability to perform basic printer maintenance.
• Ability to stand and bend frequently during the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift tires weighing 35 to 50 pounds.

Safety Equipment / PPE Required

• Eye protection: provided by UTires.
• High-visibility vest: provided by UTires.
• Steel-toe footwear: required and must be provided by the employee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Employees must wear required PPE while performing assigned duties.
