Photopolymer Platemaker – Entry Level – 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
Location: Neenah, WI (on-site only)
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Printron is looking for a Plate Maker to join our team.

No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training for motivated individuals who are ready to show up and learn.
What You'll Do:
In this hands-on role, you’ll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. You’ll work with modern equipment and technology while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow.
- Operate equipment to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates
- Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications
- Use computer tools to track production and job status
- Trim and inspect plates to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape
- Prepare completed plates for the next step in production
- Be a reliable and consistent team player
Who We’re Looking For:
High school diploma, GED, or HSED preferred
Basic math skills and a working knowledge of a tape measure are helpful
Ability to stay organized and follow procedures
Reliable, steady, and team-oriented mindset
Available for 1st Shift, Monday through Friday
