Facility:This 40-bed freestanding rehabilitation hospital is part of a nationally recognized healthcare organization committed to caring with a local heart. The facility is a partnership between two major healthcare networks and provides comprehensive rehabilitation services with access to excellent staff, resources, and technologies needed to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Opportunity:Physician - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Job Details:• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical team to provide medical direction in conformance with facility policies and procedures• Handle 20-25 patient encounters per shift in a 48-bed department• Schedule generally includes admissions and rounding 8am-4pm with one-hour lunch• Provide night call coverage from 5pm-8am and weekend coverage• Focus on medical management of rehabilitation patients• Complete documentation at time of visit required• Must maintain active Mississippi medical license with clean history• Board certification required with BLS certification• Expedited credentialing available for providers with clean history• This is NOT a Medical Director position• Additional resources anticipated in-house by summer 2026

Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
