Physical Education | Health Teacher

What You'll Do

Instruction & Student Engagement

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality Physical Education and Health instruction
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Supervise and support students across school settings

Planning & Differentiation

  • Design lessons aligned with MSDE standards and individual student needs
  • Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners

IEP & Student Support

  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
  • Collaborate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning

Assessment & Documentation

  • Track student academic and behavioral progress
  • Maintain accurate records including attendance, grades, and reports

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with teachers, administrators, families, and service providers
  • Support a team-based approach to student success

Behavior & School Culture

  • Implement schoolwide behavior systems
  • Promote positive student engagement and growth mindset

Leadership

  • Provide direction to classroom support staff
  • Contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven team
