• Evaluate patients and provide individualized physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Plan, develop, and support new programs to meet community needs.
• Present in-services and share clinical knowledge with fellow therapists and staff.
• Assist with the general operation and development of the therapy department.
• Deliver evidence-based care focused on improving mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must possess or be eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in North Dakota.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care.
