Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Hospital Inpatient & OutpatientPRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time | St. Francis, Kansas | $40–$50/hourLooking for a Physical Therapy opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact in a community hospital while enjoying flexibility and a great career incentive?   • Flexible Scheduling: PRN, part-time, or full-time options
  • Competitive Pay: $40–$50/hour, depending on experience
  • $12,000 Flexible Career Bonus: Earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years. Options may include a sign-on bonus, retention bonus, student loan repayment, or professional development.
  • Relocation Assistance: $1,000/month housing stipend for the first six months for candidates who need to relocate
  • Hospital-Based Experience: Provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Comprehensive Interview Support: Airline, hotel, and rental vehicle expenses are arranged and covered for in-person interviews.
What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff
  • Present in-services to fellow therapy team members
  • Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current Kansas PT license or eligibility to obtain one
