• $50,000 Student Loan Reimbursement: New graduates may qualify for up to $50,000 in student loan reimbursement when paired with a starting wage of $40/hour and a five-year commitment.
• Competitive Pay: $40–$58/hour, depending on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 available
• Relocation Assistance: $1,000/month in housing assistance for the first six months when relocating to Socorro
• Hospital-Based Setting: Provide both inpatient and outpatient care
• Varied Caseload: Approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient/swing bed
• Flexible Options: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week; part-time candidates will also be considered
• Comprehensive Interview Support: Airline, hotel, and rental vehicle expenses are arranged and covered for in-person interviews.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff
• Present in-services to fellow therapy team members
• Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current New Mexico PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply!
