- Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Full-Time
- Location: Albuquerque, NM
- Pay:$25–$35/hr (based on experience and job duties)
- Incentives: Productivity bonuses up to $2,500/month

Position Summary
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy services under PT supervision
- Deliver hands-on manual and functional treatment
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Support acute/chronic rehab, post-op recovery, return-to-sport, and return-to-work programs
- Collaborate with a skilled clinical team
- Document efficiently in a state-of-the-art EMR
- Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Active New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team mindset and patient-centered approach
