Physical Therapist Assistant PTA

Due to rapid growth, Care IV Home Health is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN or part-time home health physical therapy visits.

PTA Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
Follow physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting / charting patient progress, updating PT on patient status, etc.
Other duties as assigned by our Director

PTA Desired experience:

Physical Therapist Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required
Home Health experience a plus, but not required
As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
