Overview:

Due to growth, Baudry Therapy Center | BRIO is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Metairie, LA. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30 hours and 5 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should have the autonomy to work at the top of your profession free to innovate and challenge the status quo.

New grad Physical Therapist Assistants will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Work with a team committed to your personal and professional growth and have a positive impact on our community through both Physical Therapy and wellness initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $23 - $26 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Benefits are offered to support your well-being and growth, including health insurance (with the company covering 60% of the premium), paid vacation and holidays, and an IRA retirement plan with a 3% match. We also help cover approved continuing education costs and provide mentorship and opportunities to grow in your role.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:

Eligible for LA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
New grad PTAs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
