Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant

We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient setting. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work closely with patients as they improve movement, function, and confidence throughout treatment.

Location: Sunrise, FLSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PMPatient Volume: 1 patient an hourSalary: $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Physical Therapist with patient treatment plans
  • Instruct patients through therapy exercises and movement drills
  • Track patient response and report progress
  • Maintain clear and accurate treatment records
  • Help Spanish-speaking patients understand care instructions

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Active Florida PTA license
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking required
