Location: Normandy Park, WA near Seattle, WAWork Setting: Private Physical Therapy OfficePosition: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PMPatient Volume: 1 patient per hourSalary: $70,000-$80,000 per year plus full benefits

Position Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy office serving patients in the Normandy Park area. This position plays an important part in day-to-day patient care by helping individuals complete treatment programs designed to improve strength, movement, function, and recovery. With one patient scheduled per hour, the pace allows for more meaningful interaction and a stronger clinical experience for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment sessions based on the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility tasks, and functional training
• Reinforce proper form, safety, and follow-through during therapy sessions
• Track patient performance and share updates with the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and patient records
• Keep therapy areas stocked, orderly, and ready for use
• Support a respectful, efficient, and patient-focused clinic environment

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
• Active Washington PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to follow a Physical Therapist’s plan of care accurately
• Organized, professional, and comfortable working in a private outpatient setting
