Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeSkyview Rehab and NursingWallingford, CT$33–$36/hourLTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehab and long-term care settings while supporting mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.What You'll Do:Deliver physical therapy interventions under the direction of the supervising Physical TherapistAssist residents with therapeutic exercise programs, ambulation training, transfer practice, and balance activities

Observe resident performance and communicate changes or concerns to the PTSupport residents in working toward individualized rehabilitation goals

Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes
