Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeNew London Rehab & Care of WaterfordWaterford, CT$33–$36/hourLTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation department. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with residents while helping them achieve their mobility and rehabilitation goals in a supportive skilled nursing environment.Position Responsibilities:Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical TherapistAssist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility interventions

Support individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, safety, and functional independence

Monitor resident performance and communicate progress to the supervising PTCollaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident care

Complete accurate and timely documentation
