Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimePleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab CenterDerry, NH$33–$36/hour
Post Rehab is hiring a PTA to support physical therapy services in our skilled nursing facility. This opportunity offers hands-on work with residents focused on improving strength, balance, and mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy plans developed by the supervising PT
- Assist residents with gait training, exercises, transfers, and balance activities
- Monitor treatment response and report updates to the PT
- Support therapy goals and safe resident participation
- Complete accurate treatment documentation
