Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to help residents improve mobility, confidence, and functional independence while working in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, balance activities, and transfer techniques
• Implement individualized treatment programs designed to support resident goals and recovery
• Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
