Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeMineral Springs Rehab and Skilled Nursing | North Conway, NH$33–$36/hour | Full-Time | BenefitsPost Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Mineral Springs Rehab and Skilled Nursing. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide hands-on therapy while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater functional independence.What You'll DoProvide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistGuide residents through strengthening, balance, gait, transfer, endurance, and mobility activities

Follow individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals

Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PTReinforce therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
