Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeCivita Care Center at Cheshire | Cheshire, CT$33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits AvailablePost Rehabilitation Services is seeking a PTA to join Civita Care Center at Cheshire. You'll help residents build confidence with everyday movement, providing treatment that supports both short-term recovery and ongoing needs in a skilled nursing setting.What You'll DoCarry out individualized treatment plans under a Physical Therapist's direction

Guide residents through exercises, gait training, and transfer practice

Monitor activity tolerance and communicate changes to the supervising PTReinforce mobility techniques residents can use during daily routines

Record treatment and collaborate with nursing and fellow therapists
