Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeLangdon Place of KeeneKeene, NH$33–$36/hourPost Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to help residents improve mobility, confidence, and functional independence while working in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.Position Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical TherapistAssist residents with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, balance activities, and transfer techniques

Implement individualized treatment programs designed to support resident goals and recovery

Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PTCollaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support continuity of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
