Job Description
RVNAhealth is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. It is an excellent opportunity for a PTA looking to expand their clinical skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies
- Support a positive, patient-centered therapy experience
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
- Interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
- New graduates encouraged to apply
