Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeAutumn Lake at Madison | Madison, CT$33–$36/hour | Full-Time | BenefitsWe are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Madison. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall independence.What You'll DoProvide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility

Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PTMonitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
