Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part-TimeAutumn Lake @ CromwellCromwell, CT$33–$38/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a part-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.

What You'll Do:

  • Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Assist residents with gait training, therapeutic exercises, transfers, and mobility activities
  • Monitor patient performance and communicate progress updates to the PT
  • Support safe use of assistive devices and functional mobility techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
