Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking for a full-time role with real work-life balance outside of the traditional clinic setting?

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible Physical Therapist position at 30 hours per week.

Join Ability Beyond and provide in-home Physical Therapy services to adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD) and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) living in group homes. • Location: Greater Danbury area (local travel required)
• Schedule: Full Time 30 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $56-$58 per hour ($87,000-$90,000 Annually)
• Sign On Bonus: $7,500
• Setting: Group Homes

Your Role:

• Provide meaningful, person-centered Physical Therapy services

• Assess mobility and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions to support independence and safety

• Partner with and educate group home staff to reinforce goals and safe techniques

• Focus on quality of care, not volume
