Physical Therapist (Sports/Ortho) — Mentorship Track (New Grads Welcome)
AID Performance Physical Therapy | Ashburn, VASalary: $76,000–$100,000 + bonus potential | Full-time
AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants strong mentorship, excellent training, and a supportive culture focused on high-quality patient care.

Patient-first model: 1-hour evaluations and maximum of two patients/hour
Sports and orthopedic care with a focus on return-to-sport, ACL rehab, and performance-based rehab

Structured onboarding, mentorship, and weekly staff development meetings
Role & Development
Treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients with evidence-based care
Build strong patient relationships and deliver a great experience
Participate in mentorship, training, and ongoing clinic development
Grow toward increased responsibility over time based on performance
Requirements
Virginia PT license (required) + BLS/CPR (required)
Dry Needling preferred (not required—training available)
New grads with strong outpatient orthopedic affiliations are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $76,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus potential (individual + clinic goals)
Sign-on or relocation bonus (based on experience)

PTO eligible after 90 days: starts at 80 hours, increases with tenure
