Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Kailua, O'ahu, HI

Pay: $80.00/hour, paid bi-weekly

Location: Kailua, O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Part Time - hourly

We're currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy visits
Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team

Requirements

Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
