This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and supporting patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery to improve mobility and functional independence.

The Physical Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes in accordance with clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy interventions Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes Adjust treatment plans based on patient response Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize recovery outcomes Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations Promote safe and effective patient rehabilitation practices Requirements State or federal issued identification required Must wear a photo badge at all times
