Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Compensation
- Total Compensation Range:$124,000–$135,000(Base salary + incentives + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)
- Updated monthly productivity incentives that reward patient access
- Student loan reimbursement available (up to $25,000)

Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will:
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
- Build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve optimal outcomes
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and functional rehab
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies
- Utilize a modern EMR system with ALT
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and insurance regulations
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current New Mexico PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- New grads encouraged to apply
