Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Stockton, CAContract: 13-Week Assignment, Travel or Local. Opportunity for Permanent Placement! 36 Hours per WeekPay: $60–$68 per hourStart Date: Flexible

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Stockton, California. This assignment offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Compensation

$60–$68/hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care residents
Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
SNF or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to start ASAP
