Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility

San Diego, CA | 13-Weeks | $55-$65, DOE

Blue United Sourcing is placing a Physical Therapist (PT) at a skilled nursing facility in San Diego, CA for a 13-week contract starting 3/23/2026. This position runs a Sunday through Thursday schedule — meaning your weekends start on Thursday, giving you long stretches to explore everything San Diego and Southern California have to offer.

Quick Details

$55-$65/hr, DOE13-week contract | Start date: 3/23/2026

36 hours/week | Full-TimeSunday–Thursday schedule (no exceptions)

SNF setting | Travel Contract

Requirements

Active CA PT license (OR a California PT license in process, if you're licensed in a different state)

SNF experience preferredMust be available for a Sunday–Thursday schedule
