Boston Sports Medicine (BSM) is a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with clinics across the Greater Boston area. Our Watertown clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients return to peak performance. Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist at our Watertown location, you'll work with a diverse caseload ranging from post-op orthopedic rehab to sports injury recovery. This role is ideal for a PT with at least 1 year of outpatient experience, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply as we have a structured mentor program for new graduates.

What You'll Do

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based therapy including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and functional training.

Collaborate with support staff to maximize patient outcomes.

Document progress accurately in our EMR system.

Participate in continuing education and team development activities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and active Massachusetts PT license.

Outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine experience preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Full-time, outpatient role at our Watertown clinic
