This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy services in a collaborative clinical environment. The position offers a weekday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and mobility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and pain management
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercises, and safety practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Adapt treatment approaches based on patient progress and changing needs

Work Schedule

Outpatient setting
No weekends or holidays

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
Exposure to multiple care environments such as inpatient or med/surg is a plus
