Position Overview
Empower Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking a Full-time or Part-time Physical Therapist to join our Palmer, AK clinic.Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a new grad, this opportunity offers mentorship, a flexible schedule, and a clear path to leadership for those interested.
What You’ll Do
Treat a general orthopedic caseload with options to specialize in vestibular or pelvic health
Work with patients of all ages in a collaborative, supportive private practice environment
The expectation for full-time is to see 44 patients per week. All care is 1-on-1 provided during 45 minutes sessions. Provider autonomy over schedule. No overlapping of patients unless you as the therapist see the need for your patient to stay longer.

Schedule & Flexibility
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pmFull-time preferred: 40 hours/weekPart-time considered: Minimum 16 hours/week + 2 weekdaysNo weekends. No holidays. Just balance.
Compensation & Perks
Starting Salary: The compensation for this full-time position starts at $95,000, but with experience expect to make over $100,000.
Bonus: Sign-on or relocation assistance available
