Job Title: Physical TherapistPlease Note: Elevated rates are only for June and July starts. Any later starts will be at the regular GA bill rate.

Will accept PTA: noOutpatient Experience is preferred.Will accept New Grads? yesWill accept First Time Travelers? yesFloat to other clinics: noPatient Population: genal ortho36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
