Discipline: PT Location: Larimore, ND Settings: 100% SNF/LTC Caseload: 85% Geriatrics; 15% Adult Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00-4:30 (Larimore/Lakota/Park River, ND) Start Date: September 1, 2026 Guaranteed Hours: 40/week Onboarding Requirements: 3 weeks needed for onboarding Contract length: 13 weeks Other Notes: ? Willing to be flexible on schedule and guarantee of hours ? This position will require travel to 3 SNF locations (Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND) Would not travel to all 3 in one day, but likely 2 locations. Paid drive time and mileage would be included between facilities.
