Job Title: Physical Therapist Increased Rate for August and September starts.
If candidate is local (within 50-miles from the facility) BR will be at the local rate Will accept PTA: Yes Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? YES Will accept First Time Travelers? YES Float to other clinics: YES, Traveler may split, float or they may be placed at one of the following: Beacon OR and Club Northwest OR. Patient Population: GENERAL OUTPATIENT 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. The REMIT bill rate schedule for OR has been updated to the below. Please refer to the definitions and rates below when submitting candidates. OR Bill Rates and Details: Level 1 PTs - 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience Level 2 PTs - greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience Local is 50 miles or less from address of candidate to clinic. Travelers are 50 miles more than from address of candidate to clinic
