Travel Physical Therapist Near Rapid City, SD13-Week Contract | Up to $3,150/Week Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a respected healthcare facility near Rapid City, South Dakota. This contract offers competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to work in a collaborative environment while exploring the beauty of the Black Hills region.Job Description The Travel PT will provide high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans*
Delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function*
Educating patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies*
Documenting patient progress and updating care plans as needed*
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes*
Promoting wellness and rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Education and Certification Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent required)*
Active South Dakota PT license (or eligibility prior to start)*
BLS certification (AHA required)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; strong new grads considered
