Job Description

Full-Time Physical Therapist – Near Albuquerque, NM Connected Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time permanent position with a top-tier healthcare partner in Albuquerque, New Mexico.   • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve physical function and mobility*
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and techniques based on clinical findings*
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation goals*
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers*
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, progress, and outcomes*
  • Promote a positive and safe environment that fosters healing and recovery
Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program*
  • Active New Mexico Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start)*
  • CPR/BLS certification*
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills*
  • New graduates welcome with strong clinical experience
