• Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services (ECHRS) is currently seeking a full time licensed Physical Therapist to work with our dynamic rehab team at our 5-star skilled sub-acute and long-term care facility in Charlotte, Michigan.• Are you looking for a productivity expectation of 75%? $80 for weekends (as this would be about roughly what an OT rate would be)
