Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, youll promote Elara Carings philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality care. You will provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, and consult with other specialists. Responsibilities include designing and implementing plans of care based on assessments, conducting therapy within defined standards, directing support staff, and maintaining complete documentation. This role also provides direction and leadership to staff and promotes physical therapy in the community.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
- Requires a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds.
