Job Overview
A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grandview is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on helping patients improve movement, reduce physical limitations, rebuild strength, and return to daily activity with better function.
The clinic sees patients from 11 to 90 years old, creating a varied caseload and meaningful clinical experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced PTs will have the opportunity to continue developing in an established outpatient setting.

Schedule Preferences
The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of these schedules:
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop care plans for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical recovery, and mobility limitations
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, balance work, and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients on treatment goals, home exercises, posture, body mechanics, and recovery expectations
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as patients improve
- Document all patient care using WebPT
- Communicate with PTAs and the clinical team to support continuity of care
- Help patients work toward better movement, strength, independence, and daily function
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working with a varied patient population
