Job Description

Physical Therapist

Position: Full-TimeLocation: Olympia, WASalary: $110,000 – $125,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will create individualized treatment plans, guide patients through evidence-based exercises, and help them return to daily movement with confidence and function.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations
Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and supervised therapeutic exercise
Track patient progress and document outcomes clearly
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff on care plans
Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active Washington State PT license
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
