Why This Role Matters

Physical Therapists play a key role in helping patients return to normal movement, rebuild strength, and manage pain after injury, surgery, or physical decline. In this role, you will work closely with patients to understand what is limiting their movement and create practical treatment plans that support recovery.

This is a full-time opportunity for a PT who values clear patient communication, organized care planning, and consistent clinical follow-up.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Core Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and reassessments
• Create patient-specific physical therapy plans of care
• Provide treatment for pain, weakness, mobility loss, injury recovery, and post-operative needs
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement activities
• Use manual therapy and other appropriate clinical interventions
• Review progress and revise care plans as needed
• Document treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Clear communication and patient education skills
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, though not required
