Physical Therapist
Location: Seattle, WashingtonPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $100,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMPatient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team serving patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and mobility-related needs. The Physical Therapist in this role will assess movement issues, provide hands-on care, and guide patients through treatment plans designed to restore function and improve day-to-day performance. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to give each patient your full attention.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient condition, mobility, strength, and pain levels
- Build treatment plans that support short- and long-term goals
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual interventions
- Reassess progress and modify care based on response to treatment
- Instruct patients on proper movement and injury prevention
- Keep clear and complete treatment records
- Work with clinic staff to support smooth patient care delivery
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
